  • 1Table Spoon(s) Fresh Garlic(Minced)
  • 1Teaspoon(s) Salt(Fine)
  • 2Table Spoon(s) Fresh Ginger(Peeled & Grated)
  • 0.5Teaspoon(s) Red Bell Pepper
  • 4Table Spoon(s) Light Soy Sauce
  • 2Table Spoon(s) Honey
  • 1Table Spoon(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Using the flat edge of a chef knife scrape and rub the salt into the garlic to make a paste.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Use to marinate beef, chicken, lamb or pork.
